Process

The first step was a phone screening with the recruiter.

Next, there was a 2-hour online programming challenge, which included two sub-challenges, one of them focused on complexity.

Following this, there were three 45-minute interviews, conducted back-to-back with a 15-minute break between each. Each interview focused on a specific topic:

  • System Design
  • Object-Oriented Programming
  • Algorithms

All interviews included both a behavioral and a technical component.

The final interview was entirely behavioral.

Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult colleague.

Technical questions about Kubernetes, a ton of them, like:

  • Could you explain the difference between a StatefulSet, Deployments, and DaemonSets?
