Process
I recently had an interview for a Software Engineer position at Microsoft.
The process lasted for about three hours, during which I had back-to-back interviews with different interviewers.
The questions they asked were mostly algorithm and data structure problems, similar to those you would find on LeetCode.
Each interviewer focused on different aspects:
- Problem-solving
- Coding efficiency
- Optimization
Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience, and it really tested my ability to think on my feet and apply my coding skills under pressure.
