Interviewers were all super nice and friendly. However, the experience with the recruiter was not so great.

Pros: Good working conditions, interesting people, and a huge scale of customers.

Cons: Lower salaries when compared with other tech companies of the same dimension. There's a huge discrepancy regarding payments for the same job in the US versus Ireland, while the cost of living is on the same level. Can't hire good engineers due to low salaries for the super high cost of living.
