The HR department was very unprofessional. They simply asked me to provide an interview schedule. I asked some questions before deciding on interview times, but they did not answer. Instead, they automatically assigned the interview times for me.

The interview itself was also poor. I felt the interviewer did not have enough training for this activity. They asked me to open an online IDE to compile code.

I have had interviews at Google before, and this one at Microsoft was very poor in all aspects compared to it.
