Pros: The company is filled with brilliant and intelligent people. Microsoft has all types of teams and plenty of opportunities for all kinds of work.
Cons: Growth is slow, and the review process is not that good. Also, the culture in some teams is very rigid. It's not easy to influence and bring on change.

Pros: Large company with a lot of smart employees. It's easy to move within the company. I feel like Satya has really come in and changed the company for the better.
Cons: The traditional downsides of a large company include bureaucracy and being a small player in a very large company.
