Pros: - Work-life balance is great. Global company, but time is respected.
- DTO, but still taking 2 weeks paid vacation per quarter.
- Lots of room for growth in large-scale applications and in a large organization.
Cons: Sometimes it can be difficult to work across multiple organizations due to differences in priorities.
