The shift in WLB after that was honestly astonishing, and 1.5 years later, I'm still extremely happy with it.Cons: If you're looking for the most cutting-edge tech and cream of the crop peers, I don't feel like this is the place for that. That being said, everyone is extremely intelligent. The amount of legacy technology can really make you feel stuck in the mud at times, though.
