I applied online. The process took 3 months.
This is for the role in Belgrade, which may differ elsewhere. Applying to the role is easy, just filling in a short form and sending in a CV. After that selection, which took around 2 months, you get to do 2 DSA tasks from home on HackerRank, probably LeetCode mediums? If you are selected from there, the next step is to have 3 interviews, each in the same format. It is 45 minutes of talking to a SWE from the dedicated team, firstly talking about your CV and interests, some personal questions, and then a DSA. In my case, I got one easy, one hard, and one easy/medium.
The questions included an in-place reverse of a singly linked list, the classic LeetCode Trapping Rain Water problem, and something non-standard, which was getting a stream of data and using a deque to effectively query the last $k$ elements.
