The process consisted of one super day where I answered a different technical question each round. Interviewers were tough and did not provide much help or feedback, and they wanted to see you struggle to see how you handled it. There was very little small talk and more traditional behavioral questions.

Pros: Lots of different projects going on. Well-established and stable. A good place to start your career. Lots of free software (and games if you work in Xbox).

Cons: Lots of "old guard" employees who like doing things the way they've always been done. Lots of re-orgs, lots of moves. Hard to get out from under poor management. Very bureaucratic.
