Process

Microsoft held a week-long series of events at my university, and I was able to apply through them.

I attended each event and spoke with different engineers. They were very friendly, and I believe showing genuine curiosity helped me secure an on-campus interview.

The interview was held at my school's career center and lasted 45 minutes. It consisted of several behavioral questions and one design question.

My interviewer was very friendly, and I had a great experience overall.
