First technical interview - two hours long
Second technical interview - two hours long
After each step, you are invited to the next. After an HR interview, you get an offer.
Questions
Some of the questions were database questions. However, the more interesting questions, which I didn't see at other companies, were more abstract questions about the product.
For example: "How would you design an X that does Y?"
This was something without any right answer, just to see the thought process.
