- Clear career path and milestones.
- Decent work-life balance.
- Industry-standard and cutting-edge tech at newer projects.
- A lot of smart people you can learn from.
Cons: - Not much growth as a software engineer.
- It matters more what you say than what you do.
- Fast track career only as a manager or product manager.
- The company underutilizes most of their talents due to internal politics.
- Compensation falls behind compared to other big tech (especially RSUs).
