After meeting on campus at a school job fair, I was invited to an on-campus interview. It was half an hour long, and I was asked to solve easy questions as well. I think the interviewer was more interested in my way of thinking and problem-solving ability than a correct solution to the problem. Then, I was told that I was accepted for the next level and that they would let me know as soon as they had a spot. They never found an interview spot for me.
I get the feeling that they don't reject anyone from the interview. They keep everyone on their list, just in case they need them at some point.
