Process
The interview included a telephone screening and an on-site interview with five people from the same group. The interview questions were relatively easy. The on-site interview took a day and included lunch with one of the group members.
All people asked coding questions, and some of them were more focused on domain knowledge than others.
I thought I had passed the interview, but then HR came back and said they had hired more experienced candidates.
