Pros: - Management generally tries to do its best for the employer's wellbeing.
- Good benefits.
Cons: After the layoffs, the work culture in general got worse. People are working longer hours, even at night, to get a good performance review.
There's much more pressure to perform and deliver under tight deadlines. Due to past layoffs, everyone had to take on more responsibilities for under-staffed projects.
PS: Of course, this experience differs from team to team. Some orgs within MSTF still have great work-life balance. Some other orgs got it worse.

Pros: - Fun intern events
- Good pay
- Positive culture (encouraged to help others and ask for help)
- Great networking opportunities
- Transportation provided
- Easy to schedule interviews for the Explore internship
- The work is challenging and engaging
Cons: - Campus is difficult to navigate.
- HS internship doesn't include all perks of an Explore intern.
