Software Engineer New Grad Interview Experience - Redmond, Washington

Process

I started with a phone interview in October 2018, which mainly focused on behavioral questions with no technical aspects. I then received a follow-up email from the recruiter stating I was selected for the final round of interviews. However, I had to wait as all slots were full.

Unfortunately, the recruiter left the company, making it very difficult to find their replacement. Finally, my onsite interview was scheduled for February 15th.

The onsite interview primarily focused on Data Structures and Algorithms. I had five rounds back-to-back, with all questions being of medium LeetCode difficulty.

Ultimately, I received a negative result with no feedback. The recruiter was unhelpful, stating, "We always provide feedback but couldn't this time."
