Received a callback two days later. Scheduled an on-site interview for late November (they were very busy and asked me to wait for January, but I had deadlines).
The on-site interview was very nice. It had 4 rounds, each lasting 45 minutes. The questions were pretty easy, with no "gotcha" moments or advanced algorithms requiring prior knowledge. The interviewers were amazingly human compared to others at the "Big Four" I've interviewed with – humble and incredibly happy individuals. (Note: You must complete at least 2 rounds, but 4-5 rounds are needed for full consideration. They did cut people off early).
The whole on-site package was amazing: free food, a Microsoft jacket, and they paid for everything!
