Process

I applied on the website and submitted my resume. A college recruiter came to campus for screening and conducted an onsite interview. I then had the chance for an additional interview, a one-hour phone interview, two weeks later. They wanted to know about my background, my preferred language, any recent projects I have completed, and the biggest challenges I have faced so far. They also asked how I manage conflict with team members.

Questions

Use a beam balance twice only to determine the heaviest marble out of 9 identical marbles. All marbles have the same size, but among them, one is the heaviest one.
