Software Engineer Interview Experience - Oslo, Norway
Process
After a phone screening, I received an invitation for an onsite interview. However, they rejected it with the explanation of "expensive flight tickets."
I then had a Skype call for a second interview. The first engineer's internet connection was poor, and I could not really hear him. The second interviewer was much warmer and friendly. I solved medium-type tasks, similar to those on HackerRank.
Despite this, I received a rejection with the words: "We would like to proceed with a visa for you; please try to apply to us within 6 months."
