The process was standard: four interviews with different people.

I answered all of the questions with little help. I asked clarifying questions, explained my thought process, and expressed passion and a willingness to grow.

I was rejected shortly after arriving home, with no feedback on what I did wrong. They receive so many applications that I doubt they really care.
