The interview has three rounds.
First is a simple Skype pre-screening. It's not technical; it's just to get to know you a little bit and give you an opportunity to ask questions about the company and project.
Then there is a one-hour technical Skype interview. Apart from answering technical questions, you will write simple code snippets on a shared notepad. If this goes well, you proceed to the final round, which lasts four hours. During this round, you will meet four different people, each interviewing you for about 45 minutes, with a short break between each interview.
The people I met were quite friendly and easy-going. With each person, I wrote some code on a whiteboard, typically just one function or one data model that I would then improve or modify. You should think aloud and be able to describe how you would test your code. Otherwise, it wasn't difficult.
The feedback was very prompt after each round; I received the results the next day. Overall, my experience was very positive.
Most of the questions were standard technical things.
One interesting question was what should be changed if a client had an in-premise solution and decided to move it to the cloud.
