I went through a recruiter screen, a technical phone screen, and a full day on-site.
I was interested in working with Microsoft until the on-site interview. Many of the interviewers did not seem to want to be there, which made me feel really disrespected. I was loathing every second of it. The hiring manager was slightly better.
