I applied online.
There were four interviews and calls: HR, algorithms, design, and manager.
- Algorithms: Easy to medium problems from LeetCode, such as graphs, string processing, search, and permutations.
- Design: It depends on the project. They asked about my experience and past architectural decisions.
- Interview with a manager: The manager described the project, answered questions about it, asked me to solve a problem from LeetCode, and asked about the technology I listed in my CV that they needed on their project too.
Basically, they were looking for a subject matter expert.
