Process
The entire process was quite simple and pretty straightforward. First, they sent me an email asking for some information, and then they sent a link for the OTS.
Once you finish the OTS, they will reach out to you, telling you whether you passed or not.
If you did, you go for the final step: you go through 3-4 more interviews.
Questions
One of the questions was about a graph problem. To be more specific, the question is named "Deep Clone Graph". You can find this one on the LeetCode website.

Pros: - Good working environment (but it will vary by area).
- Constant use of English.
- Many benefits:
* VR
* Shares every year
* 10 days of mental health per fiscal year
* Subsidy for physical activities
Cons: As it is a giant company, the work can become somewhat frustrating. A lot of bureaucracy prevents us from working more freely. A feeling that you don't own what you're doing, since you can't solve most of the problems outside your scope of work alone and have to keep going back and forth with other departments for help. This consumes a considerable amount of time.

Pros: Work-life balance is good, great health insurance, and very impactful work.
Cons: Career progression is extremely slow. Raises are small, and bonuses and stock awards are as well, especially for not-so-high levels.
Weirdly enough, if you search for jobs at different levels within the company, the expectation is for one more year of experience per level. However, you will most certainly not be promoted in less than two years, even at lower levels.
