Terrible. This was for a remote software engineer position in Brazil, reserved for PwD (PCD in pt-br).
The recruiter failed to identify himself and his position in the emails. He also didn't use video and asked me to send sensitive health documents over plain email.
On top of that, he described what looked like a high-performance coding challenge through Codility. This was not expected, given that people with disabilities like me have gone through so much in life. My accommodation requests were declined.
