The recruiter contacted me via email about the position. It took them quite some time to get back to me after my phone interview. The hiring season had already finished, and I interviewed in the next season. I had four back-to-back interviews on-site in Seattle. The interviews started off with a brief introduction and then a programming question. The interviewers were fun, and I got to learn a lot about Microsoft.
