Software Engineer • Current Employee
Fairfax, Virginia, United States
March 13, 2021
Pros: Great learning culture, high potential impact for your work as it will affect products that many people all across the world use regularly, and really good compensation for how stable the company is.
Cons: Development pace can be very slow at times, but at the same time there's always more work to do.
Together, it feels very difficult to take time off, as there's rarely a sense of accomplishment at getting anything done, yet there's always something looming or on fire.
