Entry written test: 4 tasks.
Best candidates are called for the one-to-one rounds.
One-to-one rounds:
- 3 or 4 interviews on site.
- Each interview lasts 45 minutes.
- There is one major question in each interview, followed by discussion around it.
Questions
Take a list and delete each element if there is a higher element on the right side of it.
Array and a tree. Check if there is a sequence in the array that is equal to the traversal of the tree.
Find the distance between two nodes in the tree. Not BST.

Cons: Teams spread across the world result in some communication difficulties. Also, some teams seem to ignore internal feedback that would improve the experience for devs and customers.
