Pros: 1. The culture at Microsoft is really good, making you feel like staying there.
2. You will get a lot of time to try innovative stuff, and Microsoft's culture encourages a lot of it.
Cons: 1. Work can become monotonous.
2. As with any other MNC, the learning curve would not be that great.
