Process
HR visited our school and collected the resumes. About one week later, some students were informed to have the first round interview with HR. For summer interns, the questions were about your resume and logistic questions.
About two weeks later, we were informed to have an on-site interview. It took about 4 hours in total. There were 4 interviewers, and each one asked an algorithm question. You needed to write the code on a whiteboard.
