Process
The selection process is random, as there are many applications for the program. Do not be discouraged if you do not get past the resume screen on your first application.
If you are selected, you will proceed to schedule a phone interview. If you pass that interview, you will move to the final round, which consists of two interviews that are a mix of behavioral and technical.
