Update:

I'm glad I finally got rejected and got to the end of this "nightmare". You don't know who your recruiter is, and they care even less who you are. Everyone you can reach ignores you or is indifferent. Thank you, Microsoft. Sincerely.

Bad experience. The HR and interviewer ghosted, even if they said in the official email they would be responding within a given period. They did not respond to your reach-out. The interviewer did not look at your resume before the interview. They did not truly care about candidates; they just pretended to.

Below are the details:

Phone interview:

  1. Get an email about the interview, determine the interview time.
  2. Interview via Microsoft Teams.
  3. Interviewer introduces the position and project.
  4. Do your self-introduction.
  5. Go through your experiences.
  6. Code interview.
  7. Questions for the interviewer.
