The interview process with Microsoft was awesome; the engineers were very nice, and the recruiters were very responsive throughout the process.
Definitely prepare for Medium to Hard coding interview questions. The behavioral portion was very natural and a smooth conversation.

- Good work/life balance
- Definitely get to work on interesting and fascinating things.
Cons: - The toxic, politicized yearly review system means the focus is on individual competition rather than team collaboration.
- It's very difficult to find the right people to connect with to get things done, simply a matter of scale. As a result, the company probably runs at 10% efficiency just due to churn and communication loss.
- A lot of people have bought the Kool-Aid, which leads to some poor decisions.
