Every one or two interviews included one or two behavioral questions.
There were two coding interviews, featuring LeetCode easy/medium questions.
One interview focused on Object-Oriented Design.
Another interview covered System Design.
The recruiter promised a decision within a few days, as I had mentioned holding an offer from another company. During the interview briefing, they also stated that feedback would be provided, even if negative, to help with future applications.
The recruitment team ghosted me after the interviews. They should at least reply with a decision if they decide not to proceed.
This was not what I expected from a company like Microsoft.
