Process

An online technical screen was followed by a final interview of three rounds. Half of each round was devoted to behavioral questions, and the other half to a medium-hard LeetCode question. This setup didn't allow enough time to complete the problem unless you already knew the answer.

On the one hand, the interviewers were engineers, so they didn't seem very interested in the behavioral part. Some weren't even interested in the person they were interviewing.

On the other hand, the recruiters were largely absent from the process. In fact, I haven't heard back almost four months later.

Questions

Technical questions:

  • Recreating a data structure from scratch
  • Solving a graphs problem
  • And the other one I don't remember because it was much easier.
