Process
An online test was conducted on the Mettl platform.
The questions were very simple.
We had to solve three questions in 90 minutes.
The first two were normal data structure and algorithm questions, such as infix to postfix conversion and postfix evaluation.
The third question involved using dynamic programming and Kadane's algorithm.
About 30 people were selected for the interview round.
Questions
He asked me to introduce myself first and asked questions on my projects. He then asked me to consider scenarios where my project idea might fail and how to tackle those situations.
Given an nxn matrix with integers, we have to find the longest decreasing path in that matrix. We can start from anywhere in the matrix and can only move left, right, or down.
Given two very large numbers, what data structure would you use to store them and calculate their sum?
