The interview process included a phone screen and a final onsite interview, which is standard for Microsoft. The phone screen lasted about 30 minutes. The onsite consisted of two technical interviews, each approximately 45 minutes long. The overall process took several weeks. Throughout the experience, the staff was professional, and it was a fun experience regardless of the offer.
