Pros: I was a software engineering intern at Microsoft IDC Hyderabad in the Bing Maps team. It is an awesome place to work with flexible work hours and plenty of recreational facilities.
Cons: Less pay as compared to other players like Google and Facebook.

- Flexibility to focus on projects that interested me
- Lots of social programs for interns
Cons: - Some unpleasant full-time employees who did not seem to want to work with interns.
- Recruiters messed up my return offer from the previous year, and I ended up with the wrong manager for the first week.
