I had an absolutely terrible interview experience.
The recruiter asked me to move my interview up by a week, giving me less time to prepare. Despite the urgency, it took three weeks for me to get a generic rejection.
The interviews themselves ran until 8 PM, and I was not given any alternative times to schedule.
By the first interview, it was clear that the job was not a good technical fit (I wasn't even interested in the problems the team solved). A one-hour call I had with the hiring manager ahead of time did not go into the technical expectations of the role at all, despite my questions about them.
Ultimately, I felt as though I wasted both the interviews and my time. There was no person I was able to provide this feedback to, as the recruiter ghosted me after the scheduling process.
