I was contacted by a recruiter, and she set up the interview loop for two weeks later. I had a horrific interviewing experience at the Microsoft Bangalore office. I was asked to come by 8:30 AM. My interview did not start until 9:30 AM.
I had two back-to-back rounds with a 15-minute break in between, finishing them by 12 PM. The feedback seemed positive from the first two rounds, and I was asked to wait for another round. I waited for an hour, and the recruiter seemed clueless.
He then directed me for lunch, which I wrapped up by 1:30 PM. The interview did not start until almost 3 PM, and I was becoming a little restless. Then, I had a lifeless interview where the interviewer had no interest in conducting it. There was absolutely no dialogue, let alone any intellectual conversation.
I wish I had left the Microsoft office by 12 PM. I felt happy as I walked out of Microsoft. I realized it's not the company where I would like to work.
