Process

Microsoft flew me out to Redmond, put me up in the Weston in Bellevue, and paid for my meals and other expenses. Simply put, they really wine and dine you.

The interview process itself was straightforward. I took a cab from the Bellevue Westin to Microsoft's HQ. There, they served me and the other applicants breakfast.

Four interviews took place throughout the day, each lasting around 40 minutes. Each interview consisted of a bit of talk about what I had done and my interviewer's role in the company, followed by one technical question.

Questions
