Pros: You can't be in a better place in Europe if you are interested in Software Engineering. This place is full of energy and is bound to have great results!
Cons: Work time is flexible, which can be a blade with two edges. If you are bad at planning your time, this is a bad thing. If you are good at organizing yourself, this is a fantastic thing.
