I met a representative at a career fair and later received a call about an on-campus interview with Microsoft.
The interview was fairly straightforward. We started with a technical question, and I was then asked to discuss the most challenging problem I had worked on.
I was told I'd hear back within 4-6 weeks. However, due to an error, I didn't hear back within that timeframe and had to email them to inquire about my status.
I was then notified that I had advanced to the next round in Seattle. The interview in Seattle consisted of four rounds and was straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating.
