The first round interview was a 30-minute virtual interview set up on Microsoft Teams. It consisted mostly of behavioral questions, such as:

• "What do you think makes a good programmer?"
• "What are some of the Microsoft technologies that you use?"

(The latter question would have a follow-up asking for an improvement upon any technology you name.)

This interview concluded with a brain teaser or problem, for which you were given approximately 10 minutes to solve. They may not necessarily be looking for the "right" answer, but they do want you to think the process out loud.

The interviewer did a great job making me feel comfortable and confident!
