I got in contact with a Microsoft representative who set up a Skype interview after I supplied my CV.
The online interview included a simple technical question and some behavioral questions about past projects.
The on-site portion consisted of three 45-minute one-to-one interviews, each asking technical questions on different aspects.
Two of the interviewers asked mostly behavioral questions, with the other interviewer more focused on knowledge of a specific topic.
