Met a recruiter at a job fair. Had an on-campus interview within a week with a current employee, who was a developer. We talked about projects I had worked on and my experience, and I answered questions about Microsoft.

A couple of weeks later, I received an email stating I had an interview at Microsoft in Mission Viejo. My flight was cancelled due to weather, so I ended up interviewing over Skype with 4-5 employees from two teams at the location. Each person asked me to solve problems.
