The first stage was a 30-minute phone interview about my background and some logic puzzles.

The second stage was an interview with an employee from Microsoft at my university.

The third stage consisted of a series of technical interviews, each 45 minutes long, held at the Microsoft office in Prague.

The questions covered several areas:

• Implementing a modified Breadth-First Search (BFS).
• Performing manipulations on arrays.
• Designing a server architecture.
• Creating a specific binary tree for an SDK (though it was intended to be generic).
