It might take some time until the recruiter decides to give you an on-site interview. For me, my recruiter said that there were no free spots and I had to wait approximately one month for a response.
So, I waited and got the on-site interview about 5 weeks after the phone screening.
The on-site interview consisted of four 1:1 interviews. I believe you have to get an "OK" grade on at least 3 of them to get the offer, but it probably depends on other candidates.
In my case, two of them were algorithmic, one was algorithmic but without writing any code, and one more was about OOP.
