Pretty typical, a couple behavioral questions then working on a technical question. My first interviewer had a technical issue, so he asked me a couple system design type problems instead of working on a "leetcode" style question. My second interview was pretty normal.

Pros: Working environment is perfect. People are friendly and ready to talk about work and hobbies in their free time. I have learned a lot during the internship, from practical coding skills to the theoretical background of distributed systems.

Pros: Lots of resources to advance both in technology and personality development. These will not necessarily translate to career growth.
Cons: Bad performance management system. Too many people getting hired, which translates to best performers appearing average due to less challenging conditions. There are fewer and fewer opportunities day by day, and bad scheduling and management from your leads.
