Applied through a career event at our university.
A week later, I received an email for an on-campus interview.
The interviewer seemed unhappy to be there.
There was an easy linked list question, which I solved, and a few straightforward behavioral questions. There was no discussion related to my resume.
The interview wasn't selective at all. I'm unsure how they filter candidates based on these questions.
I would expect a more sensible and challenging interview from Microsoft.
Four to five days after the interview, they sent a generic rejection email.
